Government in the Sunshine Act Regulations; Technical Amendments

Official abstract: The Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission is issuing a final rule to make nomenclature changes to reflect that the Commission's Government in the Sunshine Act Regulations are administered by the Commission's Office of the General Counsel. Accordingly, references in the regulation to the Office of the Executive Director are removed and replaced with the Office of the General Counsel.
