Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

Official abstract: In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) is publishing a notice for its new Privacy Act system of records. This system includes records from OSHRC's Administrative Grievance System and its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program.
